Our Story
THE EARLY DAYS
We first met in our fourth year of university, when we happened to live across the road from one another. We got to know each other over the next few years and knew we had something special.
THE LITTLE MOVE
After leaving Cambridge we moved to different parts of the country for our jobs, making it harder to see each other as often as we would like. We made the most of our days off by exploring new parts of the world together.
THE BIG MOVE
After finishing our jobs, we decided to take a leap of faith together and move to Australia. We had so many memorable experiences in this amazing country, from scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef to helicopter rides over the Pacific Ocean!
THE QUESTION
Towards the end of our time in Australia, when international travel was back on the cards, we went on a tour of some of the Pacific Islands. Whilst in Samoa, Bijan finally got down on one knee to ask the question. Took them long enough...
THE RETURN
After almost three incredible years in Australia, full of new friends and amazing experiences, we decided to come back home for good.
THE FUTURE
The last year has been full of house-hunting, wedding planning, and studying for exams, but we've managed to make it fun together. We can't wait for more adventures in the future!
